Concert of Sine Nomine in Catonsville

Today we’ve had a chance to perform in a beautiful chapel of the Retirement Community in Catonsville, MD.

The atmosphere was amazing and the audience was super friendly. We could present all recorder sizes (from sopranino to contrabass) and types (renaissance, baroque, and transitional recorders). Most of the audience saw different kinds of the recorder first time.

Our program was composed of medieval pieces (Dufay, Libre Vermell…), renaissance (Susato, Holborne, Hausmann, Dowland, Byrd…), baroque (J. S. Bach), and contemporary music (Peter Warlock – Capriol Suite).
